It consists of experience-driven advice about shifting organizational culture and human behavior to keep perfectly good food out of landfill. We interviewed 10 member companies of the Food Waste Reduction Alliance to get their best tips on how to successfully launch a pilot program to minimize food waste and sustainably manage it over time."
